Written by Peter Sinn Nachtrieb, this comedy follows a young marine biologist as he prepares for the imminent end of the world. Directed by REP Artistic Director Sam Woodhouse, boom is a madcap comedy that suggests hope is worth holding on to precisely because we don't know what will happen next.

As the new kid, Evan's got to make friends, then determine if they are the "right" friends to have. All the while, he works to get the cool kids to his Bar Mitzvah. This "grown-up musical about growing up" is presented by CYC Theatre, the same company that performed RENT last summer.
